However, the complainant stated that the Urgent Shipping representative informed the company that the order had been received, which resulted in the shipping fees not being paid. The complainant estimates the financial damages arising from this issue to be approximately 720 Egyptian pounds, in addition to the time lost in attempting to resolve the matter. Through this complaint, the complainant seeks a resolution to the issue and accountability from the concerned party. The complainant has also submitted supporting documents as evidence to substantiate the claim.
