On March 20, 2026, the complainant traveled from Jeddah to Batna via flyadeal. Upon arrival, they did not receive their belongings, which consisted of two bags and a Zamzam water container. The complainant submitted an official complaint to flyadeal under reference number 1197430; however, no response or resolution has been received to date. The complainant estimates the financial damages resulting from this issue at approximately 5,000 Saudi Riyals, in addition to the psychological impact and time lost due to the missing baggage. The complainant is seeking a resolution to the issue as well as financial compensation for the damages incurred.
